While building a website in Odoo 8,

I noticed that for many2one field we have to use <select> tag in template... though this seems ok  but it has its own disadvantage.. Especially if that referred object has numerous record set, then the loading of the page becomes slow...

So I was wondering, it would be nice to utilize the standard Many2one widget of web... wherein the loading and searching within it is very efficient...

Does anybody has any idea of integrating it.. please let me know...
