After I complete my payment, an error page appears with the following message:

"We are not able to find your payment, but don't worry. You should receive an email confirming your payment in a few minutes. If the payment hasn't been confirmed, you can contact us."

What could be causing this issue?

Hi,
This can be appear due to many reasons, as mentioned, see if the payment is succeeded at providers end and may be later the payment will also get generated in odoo.

Also see the log for more information at the time of this error.

Yes, the payment is successful on the provider's end, but the issue occurred when I attempted to make a second payment.
