I have problems with the relation fields via Studio.
For explanation:
We have different teams in the helpdesk and multiple tabs in the ticket layout.
Goal: To reflect the fields from tab 1 in tab 2 as read only.
So I put related fields in tab 2 to reflect the fields that are in tab 1.
Odoo does this in principle, but the following problem arises:
It does not take the current input from tab 1 of the ticket but the current input from the entire team.
So when I open a new ticket in the helpdesk team and fill in tab 1, it copies this into all tab 2 of all tickets in this helpdesk team and not only into tab 2 of this one ticket.
Does anyone have any ideas?
