I wanted to play with user rights on projects for a new user type, with the help of chatgpt. Unfortunatelly I received wrong advices, so the Tasks menu disappeared from Project menu.
How can I make it back again? Any help appreciated.
I removed the additional record rules, but I guess accidentally I could remove original rules true
I've added the new user type to the visibilty section of the Tasks submenu of the Project menu by the advice of chatgpt.
I removed it now, and all the rules and rights for that user type, and everything got back at normal.
To restore the "Tasks" menu in the Project app, go to the settings ->user->select the particular user-> click Access Rights tab -> under the Projects section, ensure that the appropriate user role (such as Project User or Project Manager) is selected. This will restore access to the tasks and make the menu visible again.
