See the screen snippet below of the product view on the Sales module.
The quantities are showing 0.000 even though in the Warehouse module it shows the correct values.
On the product view the quantities are functional fields/ computed fields.
What could have gone wrong with the database or the views?
On a new database this issue is non existent.
Hello Jessica,
Make sure you Incoming Shipment should be in Done state and location must be Stock. Then only your quantity gets updated for respective shipment.

Hello Kalpana, Yes that requirements are met. I think something in the system broke as the quantities shows in the Warehouse module, it is just not pulling through to the Sales module. Regards,

Looks like the screen snippet doesn't want to show. Under Sales -> Products -> Product form -> Inventory tab -> Quantity on Hand, Incoming and Quantity Available all showing 0.000
