Safari can’t open my website - security system problem

Question

When I enter the name of my website on any search engine, I get the following message: "safari cannot open the page (name of my website) because safari cannot establish a secure connection to the server".

As a result, it's completely impossible for my subscribers or users to access my website, including me, except through the editor.

Has anyone had this problem with Odoo? If so, can you help me?

Hi all,

Same problem here. Is it from the domain name host, or Odoo where the website is hosted?

I redirected the domain name (OVH--> Odoo)

Hello,
You should contact your hosting support and ask about it.
Maybe they will suggest to pay extra for a SSL certificate.
