The direction of Arabic language is Right-to-Left.
I have installed rtlcss too.
While on the backend views the rtl works correctly, on the website i'am facing issues.

You installed rtlcss but odoo isn't aware of it. Put all rtlcss files in wkhtmltopdf directory or a place where odoo can call it.
