If an interest(prospect client) sends an email to sales@mydomain.com a new Lead will be generated. This is quite well working. But I am wondering that no notification about this important event is showing up! The new lead has been created but nobody knows it?
How will the sales team be informed that a new Lead was generated respectively that a prospect customer has sent an email?
Go to CRM > Configuration > Sales Teams and you select your team.
Anyone that is following the team should get a notification when a lead is created.
Hi Bernard! I've already selected users to the team. But notification is still missing!
Perino, it's not the users on the team... it's the followers... on the right of the screen, below your login name...
That's great Bernard! This is my missing link! I assumed that Team Members of the Sales Team become automatically to followers, because this would be usually the way in practice. But here an additional step has to be done manually. Thank you!
