When creating a Purchase order and send by email the link (view purchase order) to the PO inside the email sent to vendors does not work.
When I open this link (view purchase order) , it gives me an error

You need a public URL so that your contacts can access your Odoo instance from outside your premises.
Is your Odoo "visible" over the Internet? If so, put your Odoo URL in the system parameter: web.base.url
The parameter: web.base.url.freeze must be: True.
