We have a new promotion where if a customer purchases a specified product and reaches a certain order amount, they will receive a discount.

However, the result is that a customer can also get the discount by buying one specified product and adding other products to reach the specified order amount.

How can this be resolved?

Setup a Promotions
Conditional rules:
Minimum Purchase $1,000
Products is A and B
Reword:
Discount $100 By Order

Result is I purchase A and C and total amount over $1,000, I can get the discount $100.
Of course, purchase A and B is also works.

Hello Micheal,

Either you explained something wrong or i am not understanding what you mean.

From what your wrote above, you have a discount that is received

- If Product A is in the order AND Order Total >= Chosen Ammount

However, the customer can also get the discount by

- Buying Product A AND adding other products untill the Order Total >= Chosen Ammount.

For me, these two conditions are equivalent.

Can you please re-explain for me what the issue is so that i can try to help you :)

Using a case example would be really helpfull to illustrate your problem better.
