I am having trouble printing from the ODOO POS to the 3N star printer model RPT015. The quality is poor, does not print in 8 cm paper width And the text is not centered.
What can I do?

Omni Print supports 58mm and 80mm paper widths, and it also allows DPI adjustments. You can try it for 2 weeks to see if it meets your requirements.
For direct print from POS, an ePOS printer does not require drivers installed on the local machine. Where are you editing the settings? In the ePOS printer?
Odoo primarily supports ESC/POS printers, Verify that the correct printer drivers are installed on your system.
Adjust Print Width Settings > It is set to 80mm (8 cm)
using high-quality thermal paper that matches the printer's specifications.
