Odoo V11 Tax partial exemptions

Question

Hi, Odoo says it handles VAT partial exemptions,   https://www.odoo.com/page/accounting-features

"Advanced Taxes
Management
Odoo's tax engine support a wide range of tax computations: price included / excluded, percentage, grid, tax on taxes, partial exemptions,"
I can not find anything in the documentation or  anything online about how one would set this up. Is there any documentation on this? I can find all the other options with in the "taxes" such as price included, tax on taxes

Hi, Thanks for the reply. I have read all the documentation and there is no examples of partial exemption. It is a complicated calculation based on a number of factors.
