Hi,

I sent a document to a client to sign it, but the client receives the email below :

The email sent "'edu-school '" <catchall@edu-school2.odoo.com> cannot be processed. This address is used to collect replies and should not be used to directly contact edu-school.


What is the problem.

We are having this issue as well,  I have a ticket open with Odoo and will reply to this thread with a solution when I find one.   We have both incoming and outbound emails setup so we aren't using the Odoo.com domain.     This issue appears to be intermittent for us as some replies go back into Odoo as intended while others get bounced back.

I have the same problem. My Odoo instance is hosted on odoo.com.

Did someone found a way to receive the emails?

we see this issue as well when sending an email to a project so that a task is created.

it looks looks some inherent permissions issue on the project porentially on the email alias or higher up project folder.

no fix at this stage, we re searching for the same solution.
