Odoo 17 css error

Question

Here I configure odoo17 in windows via pycharm. here the odoo design can not show.
in the page showing
An css error occured, using and old style to render this page.
how can I fix this issue anyone know about this.

I had the same problem, but after checking it turned out that I had two Odoo service instances running at the same time. I just stopped one and everything was fine again.

Install libsass library & also install nodejs or repair the exisiting one also verify addons and customs modules are of correct version.
I had similar issue when i was setting 16.4 on local instance using pycharm.
