i have 2 item xx and yy in two warehouses "A" and "B" xx available in first warehouse "A" and yy available in second warehouse "B". if i make sales order include the two item xx and yy. How i can split the delivery order based on stock availability?

In odoo, the delivery order is automatically split according to the availability of the product.
For that, you have to set up some configuration.
1. In the Product form, under the General Information Tab, set the wanted product's as Stockable product.
2. In the sales order, under Other Information Tab, set the Shipping policy as Deliver each product when available.
When you validate the Delivery order, it only creates the delivery for the products that are available in the warehouse.
