I need to generate csv file of general ledger and trial balance pdf reports. I have tried different modules but could not get much help.
if anybody has some idea, please guide me over this.

Try manulay configuring, and export/import feature of odoo...
if you undestand the principle of seetting such reports, and can do it manualy on one database,
exporting such settings to csv file is just the matter of exporting data...
need to be ported but we used to work with:
https://github.com/OCA/account-financial-reporting/blob/10.0/account_export_csv/__manifest__.py
