Add a new Block and search for "pop" in the "insert Block" Pop-up.

Hey Team, i'm trying to add the popup to all pages, when i do this, the popup element disapears form the bottom right ( Invisible elements tab) and is no where to be found. the pupup function is also gone if i visit the website.
How can i solve this issue? thanks
