So we have a system in place that whenever a product has a BOM it will AUTOMATICALLY generate a manufacturing Order.

However when we havemultiple orders of that SAME product, it will not display the orders synchroniously with previous orders.

Is there a way for when there are orders for that same product, to get it to lump them together.  For example: when someone orders 7 sizzles it will not give 7 different MO for Sizzles but one big order?

You have set upt this as Make To Order, as far as I understand. Then this will the result, as one sales order line will give one manufacturing order.

To group orders together, use MTS process. Set up reodering rules with min stock = 0, if you do not want to have stock.  It will give the result that replenishment is generated for the total requirement for each product.

group by Product? Them merge the MO's for the same product.
