I am seeking assistance with an issue I am experiencing while trying to import a Bill of Materials (BOM) in Odoo 18. Specifically, I am unable to see my child components in the import options, despite having verified that they are active and properly configured.
Issue Description
I am attempting to import a BOM that includes both parent and child products identified by their Database IDs. While the parent product appears correctly, the child components do not show up in the selection list during the import process.
Details of My Setup
- Odoo Version: 18
- Child Products:
- All child products are active.
- They are configured as "Can be Sold" and "Can be Purchased."
Database IDs: I have verified that the Database IDs for both parent and child products exist in the system.
Error Message
When trying to import, I receive the following error message:
"No matching record found for database id '3975' in field 'BoM Lines/Component'."
