In Odoo Online (SaaS), merging multiple Purchase RFQs is possible only under specific conditions, such as having the same vendor, currency, delivery address, and company. This functionality is built into the system when you select multiple draft RFQs and use the “Merge” option (which appears when conditions match). However, if you're looking to merge confirmed Purchase Orders or need more advanced merging logic, that would require a custom module. Unfortunately, Odoo Online does not support installing custom modules, unlike Odoo.sh or On-Premise instances. Therefore, such customizations are not possible in Odoo Online, and you would need to migrate to Odoo.sh or On-Premise to implement a full PO merge solution beyond RFQs.
