This module from SerpentCS appears to be capable of building custom modules without needing to do any coding but I can't figure out how to use it. 

Has anyone used it successfully in the past, and if so, please provide some instructions on how to use it?  It has been around since version 5 and there is an old video on youtube for it but the module seems to work quite differently now so that video is not helpful anymore.

If it is capable of doing what it claims, it would be a very useful module for those who cannot afford enterprise/Studio.
