I have enabled the invoice delivered items in my sales app and all my products and subscriptions are invoice delivered qty in their setting. when im creating sales quotation i can still see the create invoice button appearing on sale order and not after delivery has been validated

These orders will not be listed in "orders to invoce" in the sales menu. In the order tree view they will be shown as "nothing to invoice"
However, an invoice can always be created for a down payment.
