The integration of Odoo AI Website will commence with the release of Odoo 19. As of now, in July 2025, Odoo enterprise v18.4 does not include the features you are looking for.
- get an API account in openAI or google bard
- create a new module with chat facility
- get user input from chat prompt
- feed that to AI backend
- display the answer result back to chat box
