i want one more validation approval rather than first and second validation...

in present work flow is like if i give permission to branch manager to confirm as first validation and for second hr manager validate the request..

but i alse want to add new valdation between draft and confirmm .. in which let us take project manager approve the request and after that it goes to branch manger how it would be donnee..
