I am having linux hosting server with hostgator(hosting service provider) and having a domain name - i wants to run Open ERP 7.0 on it, in short i wants to host it my self. Required for step by step installation guide, as well as required hosting configuration.

As others have mentioned - you can not (and should not) run Odoo on shared hosting. You should get a VPS and install Odoo on it. There are a number of tutorials online on how to install Odoo. There's even a free script that does all the work for you. If you don't know how to do it yourself, you can get a Managed VPS and ask them to install it for you. You can actually check some hosting recommendations here

please clear your question, are you asking about server requirement or asking about how to install ?
i am asking for installation on my own hosting server.
I don't think you can run the openerp on share hosting environment. Please try to purchase a vps server as openerp need you to install some apps that usually not available on share hosting environment. Thanks..
