Look under Settings --> Technical ---> Database Structure ---> Decimal Accuracy ---> Product Price , and change Digits and Display Digits to 3

You can change the decimal accuracy of the "Product Price" from Settings/Technical/Database Structure/Decimal Accuracy with your desired digits.
