how to hide "share" and "embed" buttons in the  drop list menu  ???

The "Share" button comes from a server action.
1. Search for the server action specific to that model in Settings>Technical>Server Actions.
2. You can set specific groups of users to be able to use this button in the Security tab
3. You can also delete or use the "Remove Contextual Button" option
