How to hide apps store from Odoo 14 ?
I don't want to see it in odoo home page

Enable developer mode then From Settings ->Users & Companies -> Users, open the user from and you can remove access to Administration if you want to hide settings and apps and if you want to hide apps only you can select Access Rights from Administration and save.
You need to refresh the browser to reflect the changes
