How to create a basic module

Hi, i want to create a basic odoo module which get all the res.partner data, how can i create this module?? im new with odoo

Hi,
If you need to show all the res.partner data under a new menu item, you can create a new menu item and  create a new a new action or call existing action for it.

Okey thanks so much, but i want to call this module with the xmlrpc external api, for example odoo.get('res.partner', 4, (err, callback)); so how can i create a module which returns me all the ids of res.partner for example
