How to configure different prices for the product based on Serial number.

Question

*Business Type:* Trading
*Scenario: * *Purchase 1:* Purchased 10 No. of product XYZ. MRP on box was *10000.00*
Created 10 Serial Number 1-10. Generated barcode for those serial numbers.

*Purchase 2:* Purchased 5 No. of product XYZ. MRP on box was *12000.00*
Created 10 Serial Number 11-15. Generated barcode for those serial numbers.

While selling those items, I want system to fetch the actual MRP on sales order.

How to achieve this?

Hello,
The first step is to enable the Traceability option in Inventory > Settings
In the Product Categories, configure the Costing method as FIFO

After this configuration, when you are doing any purchase, the system will capture the serial/lot numbers and the cost of the product will be saved for that particular set of products.
Now you can create a Pricelist for this product. For that you can enable the Pricelist with the following configuration

Create a new Pricelist in Sales > Products > P
