How do you add a second administrator to Odoo?

How do you add a second administrator to Odoo?
In other words, when I open a user where do I designate this user has admin and/or the ability to install apps, etc.

Hi Alan:
Go to *Settings > Users & Companies > Users* and open the user you want to give admin access. You will see a field called *Administration* on the *Access Rights* tab like so. Selecting *Settings* will give that user full admin rights.
