How do I make sure the exchange rate for Currencies is correct?

Question

We are testing the odoo 9 Community, we are using 2 currencies, the main one is CRC and the Secundary is USD, in the accounting DashBoard is looking the USD amount like CRC, so I do not know how I set the convertion of the currencies to aplie the exact Rates.

Example if I bill $100 it looks in the Dashboard 100 CRC inste of 56000 CRC
I tried this documentation but I never find the automatic update of the currency:

The automatic update is an enterprise feature. If you want to have an automatic update for the community version, you should check this module: https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/9.0/currency_rate_update/

For me is not problem to update the exchange rates manually, the problem that I get is the exchange rate is not working ok
Example if I bill $98 it looks in the Dashboard 0.18 CRC inste of 56000 CRC
