I installed in a local server but i cannot access it in my network what might be my issue

The Issue i Had was the version of linux sever i was using which is 24.0.
I changed to linux-ubuntu server 22.0 and the issue was resolved.
The issue was all the required files located on requirements.txt could not be installed on version 24.0 due to some internal OS limitations

If odoo is up and running, you can access it in browser by entering IP:port
As it is local, you can try localhost:8069 and see
