For now, the Attendances By Week report includes all timesheets of the week, Open or Approved. I don't see the interest of seeing the Open's ones. Furthermore, if somebody didn't sign out for a day, the system will compute attendance time as he sign out at midnight. Timesheet approval prevents this also.
