How can we differ incoming & outgoing documents in Document management system(openerp 7.0)?

Question

I have both incoming and outgoing document files in DMS. How can we differ these files in Openerp Dms system?

incoming means a user send a document to another user.

For eg user 1 send to user 2. In the interface of user 2 it is an incoming document. Already this user 2 has some documents which have send or received.

Then how can we differentiate send or received documents in DMS? How can we search incoming & outgoing documents seperatly.

Not sure what you mean by incoming and outgoing. However if you want to seperate your documents, you could use directory incoming/ directory outgoing/ ?
