When I click on a contact (e.g. a customer), I like to see all messages, that have been send to them in the past. I see links "Meetings", "Calls", "Opportunities", "Quotations and Sales", but not "Messages". Do I need to configure this somehow?

Would also love to know this. As you can see in this thread http://help.openerp.com/question/19384/cannot-reply-to-customer-by-email/ (which has never been answered) it seems there used to be an extra tab, but its missing in 7.0. This effectively means the helpdesk is useless, which is very unfortunate.
