Hi, 


Im hoping someone can give me the exact instruction on how to set up the correct server action in order to re-open a helpdesk ticket when a customer replies to the email.


For example if a Ticket is in the Closed Stage and a customer replies to the ticket email, then the ticket stage must move back to In pogress stage. I know it can be done using server Actions, but I am not getting it right on my own.
