I will explain the whole process of how you can create Bill of materials and create automatic manufacturing orders.

1) Create bill of material for "SG" and add components i.e. "S" & "U". Go to the product form of "SG" and under inventory tab, select "Manufacture" & "Replenish on order(MTO)". 

2) Create bill of material for "SGL" and add components i.e. "SG" & "R". Go to the product form of "SGL" and under inventory tab, select "Manufacture" & "Replenish on order(MTO)". 

3) Create bill of material for "B" and add components i.e. "U" & "E". Go to the product form of "B" and under inventory tab, select "Manufacture" & "Replenish on order(MTO)". 

4) Create bill of material for "Finished product" and add components i.e. "SGL" & "B". Go to the product form of "Finished product" and under inventory tab, select "Manufacture" & "Replenish on order(MTO)". 

Note:- "Manufacture" in inventory tab of product form is used if you want to manufacture the product. "Replenish on order(MTO)" in inventory tab of product form is used if you want to create automatic orders.

Now from the above set up, whenever you create a sales order for "Finished product", automatic manufacturing orders will be created for "Finished product", "SGL", "SG", "B".

 Each Finished product, have to generate a manufacturing order for B and SGL. If so you can select MTO route in inventory tab of the product B and SGL
