Hi! I have an error when I try to generate a RFQ from a reordering rule (RR) . The product has a vendor en the purchase submenu, has a reordering rule (min 1 max 2), has 0 on hand and I run the scheduler. When I go to purchase module, the RFQ for that RR does not generate.

Hi Jesus,

It might be possible that there is an existing RFQ for that product and vendor exist and reordering rule updating the same RFQ order line.

Hi, Siddharth. I was looking for a RFQ in that product but there was not anyone. Any other idea? Thanks for your support.

Hi Jesus,

Please check short video covering configuration as per V13.

I think you need to double check route configuration in this video I tried to cover that part.

Hi Jesus,

Make sure that your reordering rule is set to "Auto" and not "Manual". If it is set to "Manual" I believe that the scheduler will not trigger the reordering rule.  Next, when you run the scheduler, you  have to go to the "Replenishment" Tab and click "Order Once" next to the item you are trying to replenish or purchase. I hope that helps!

Hi, Sanford. Thanks for your answer. However, I think you are talking about ODOO V14 and not ODOO V13, because the Replenishment Tab is in V14 as well as the order once option. In V13 I cannot set "Auto" or "Manual" to a reordering rule.

My apologies, you are correct!
