I'm using 16.0+e and especially DMS to manage my bunches of paper.
Is it possible in DMS to create some sub-folders for example in a contact, just for this contact? I do not mean a global structure in DMS for all other items.
Example:
Contact A:
Internal > Contracts
Internal > Invoices
Contact B:
Internal > Reports
Internal > Merchandise
Internal > xyz

Under the configuration there is a workspace and tags in that way, you can create different Tags based on the categories, Once you can create the class under the Tags or you can differentiate that folder into other tags or session
The first step you have to create a workspace for contacts under the workspace you can create different tags and categories. Based upon this partition the record saves on the workspace classification.
