Actually OpenERP provides MRP instead of finite capacity production. But you can integrate OpenERP with Frepple (http://www.frepple.com/) which is an open source APS that does so. There is a module that connects OpenERP with Frepple, allowing Frepple work with OpenERP products, costs, production orders and other master data.
