We upgraded (production) to V15 last night, but it appears that the upgrade process has dropped our filestore. It returned a filestore, but it was completely blank. For instance, our V14 file store was 1.5GB and the restored filestore is 44MB. You can see all of the images missing if you go to https://www.oybi.com

Yes, I did choose to backup (using database manager) including filestore (.zip). This is an Odoo On Premise... AWS, Ubuntu 20.04.

I downloaded dump of v14 with filestore 2.7GB. Upgraded dump to v15 > 55MB.
Is that normal?
