When we got the migrated database from Odoo12 to Odoo13 and restored it. It is showing some different forms and fields in all modules, which we have in odoo12.
Please let me know what we should do to resolve the form's field issues.

Hi,
Make sure that it is an issue or not, if some fields or menu is not visible, it might be changed/updated it in v13. If you feel that it is a bug or something missing, you can connect with odoo by opening a ticket ( https://www.odoo.com/help ) if they have done the migration for you, else if someone you just connect with the corresponding person/company and see.
Example:
If you check customer form view, you wont see fields called Customer and Supplier, this is not bug, this is the change in Odoo where those fields are replaced by some hidden fields.
