How can I track sent e-mails on odoo? Is there any documentation about it?
ps: Under Settings > Technical > Emails I see only failed ones

hello
into email template there is one field named "Auto Delete". if this field is checked that means when the email sent then after email record will be automatically delete from the menu Email. if you mark this field unchecked then you can see the sent mail into menu Settings > Technical > Emails
