I would like to know if I can do all the development on a version of Odoo 14 installed on my PC and then I transfer all my work to customer's server and buy Entreprise license 14, does it wok or I need to start everything on the customer server ?

Hi,
Set up local development environment, and if you are making/applying changes using the custom modules, once everything is done, you can move this customized modules to the server/live and install there.
If you are changing something directly in the database like editing the views or something(other than custom codes), you may have to do the same in the live database also.
