we want to calculate shipping prices fixed or based on rules and then on the delivery we want to use the shipping carriers like ups, dhl and fedex.

Current behaviour is either you add delivery prices with the "add shipping" button, then it tells you to get the rate and you can use this carrier also on the delivery.

Or

Add fixed delivery costs but then you have to select a different carrier on the delivery as well.

So questions would be something like:

How to select fixed shipping and have a specific carrier auto selected on the delivery?
