Hi all,

I'm evaluating Odoo and so far is pretty happy. However still facing my biggest problem as follow:

• we have contract to deliver some goods to different customers on daily basis. 

• the customers need to be contacted some days before the actual delivery for appointment as well as opportunity to upsell

• based on the responses, we'll then create respective orders, and then dispatch the deliveries

My thinking is to use CRM - Sales modules as core apps. But don't know how to make a custom groups for different contacts.
