Hello,

I am looking for a way to group by multiple fields.

For example, we have multiple loss reasons which can be: [Qualified] for x reasons and [Unqualified] for x reasons.

If I group them by I will have a group for each loss reasons but I want to group them by Qualified or Unqualified.

How can I write that in my filter ?

Thank you.

Hello Julien,

First: You should filter for "Loss Reason" that is "Contains" >> Qualified & Click on add a condition
and choose also "Loss Reason" that is "Contains" >> Unqualified.

After you apply this filter >> you can make "Group by" >> Loss Reason.

Good Luck!

Hello Mohamed,

Thank you for your answer but it is not what I am looking for.

Sorry if I was not clear enough.

When I group by, I want to only have 2 groups. Either Qualified or Unqualified not a group for each reason it was Unqualified.

For example, we have [Unqualified] We do not want to work with that type of client and [Unqualified] We do not provide that type of service.

I want to show them grouped under [Unqualified] and the rest in [Qualified].
