1) OpenUpgrade Script, Problem: not all modules are supported and you will get a lot of errors and you have to do a lot of manual debugging, https://doc.therp.nl/openupgrade/
2) Migration via the Odoo Enterprise Contract
3) import CSV data manually: that would be a lot of work
