I want to change the backup times of the odoo.sh database. By default, the backups are done from 7pm UTC, this does not correspond to the results I want to obtain because of my time zone which is GMT + 6.

Can I change the backup times to match my time zone?

You don't get control over the backup schedule with Odoo.sh.

What you can do is install a third-party App to manage backups on your own schedule, one that is very popular and has many useful features is at https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/15.0/auto_backup/

Sorry for the late reply but this module is not compatible with odoo.sh as it use pg_dump and this blocked by odoo.sh

I tried it with v14 and v15 and it worked. I wonder if we no longer block this utility?

No, it is still not working. I get this error:
pg_dump: error: query failed: ERROR: permission denied for view pg_roles

Please contact Odoo Support at odoo.com/help for further assistance

Hi Ray ,
I have the same issue (pg_dump) is restricted and Odoo support informed me that is not allowed due to security reason , have you any alternative way to create backups in Odoo sh (V18) ?

The only other option is to manually take a backup from the Backups tab.
